Programming knowledge is not needed

How to Add a Feedback Form to Your Website (Video Tutorial)

by Christopher Heng, thesitewizard.com

This video tutorial gives an overview of how you can add a feedback form (contact form) to your website without having to learn programming. It uses the free Feedback Form Wizard available on thesitewizard.com.

A feedback form, for those who may not know the terminology, is a form on a web page that allows your visitors to send you comments or feedback without having to start up their email software. The form works together with a script (a program) to create an email message that is sent to your email address. The wizard creates both the feedback form script and the feedback form HTML code for you. All you need to do is to create the "Thank you" and "Error" pages, and upload (publish) them to your website.

If you prefer to read a more detailed tutorial on how you can set up not only the feedback form but also the associated pages like the "Thank you" and "Error" pages, check out one of the following articles instead:

If you run into problems with setting up the feedback form, troubleshooting information can be found on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the Feedback Form Wizard page.

Depending on the browser you are using, this video tutorial may require a recent version of the Flash Player to be installed. It is a video-only tutorial (no audio). If you find you can't get the video embedded below to play, try watching it directly on YouTube.
